After receiving appointment requests, the staff collects patients’ necessary information. This includes their demographical and insurance data. They then carefully document the collected data into a secured EHR system. 

Further, the team discusses your clinic timetable with patients and schedules appointments per their preferred dates and times. Afterward, we send message reminders to patients for minimizing no-shows in your clinic.

If patients miss their appointments for any reason, we also facilitate rescheduling.
