Two Layer Quality Assurance

We truly understand that correct medical transcription is crucial to fair practice billing. Hence, our transcriptionists perform two-layer quality assurance at each step while transcribing your patient history, diagnoses, provided treatments, and other medical notes. 

The first layer covers creating an initial draft and its self-reviewing to check and fix any formatting, terminology, grammar, spelling, and verbatim errors. 

In the second step, the editors verify if the patient’s PHI and other clinical details exactly match the audio recordings. At last, they do final proofreading of the entire document to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
