Referral Authorization

Our billing professionals initially review your patient’s insurance policy to identify referral requirements. Considering these, they contact the patient’s primary care physician (PCP) to obtain a referral for decided treatment. 

The team provides all required information to PCP for smooth regulations of authorization process. The details usually include patient’s demographics, reason for referrals and requested services. 

Once PCP grants approval, we quickly schedule your patient’s appointments with the recommended specialist to save them time and effort. Further, we document everything, e.g., PCP’s details, referral dates and other instructions to avoid billing complications.
